The grip app is scheduled to open on March 2, 2026. Registered attendees will receive an email and instructions on how to access.

• March 9: IGF Power-Up Package Startups (learn more)
• March 16: All Other Attendees

How to Book 1:1 Meetings

IGF uses a structured process via the Grip mobile app to help attendees identify the right connections and schedule meetings efficiently. 

1 Identify Connections
Review the list of IGF 2026 attendees:

• 2026 Investor Table Hosts
• 2026 Pitch Competition Startup Presenters
• List of other attendees (email to registered attendees)

Use these lists to identify priority connections and plan your outreach strategy ahead of scheduling opening. 

2 Build Your Profile
Once the event app is available (March 2, 2026), create or update your profile so investors and partners understand your focus, technology, and goals. A complete profile increases your chances of successful meeting requests. 

3 Schedule Meetings
All 1:1 meetings, Investor/Startup, Ecosystem, and Ad-Hoc, are booked directly in the IGF mobile app. You can browse participants, request meetings, and manage your schedule in one place.
